8 - Week Mindfulness Course
This was an 8 weekly Mindfulness Course organized by Mindful Living Ireland.
The visual notes / facilitation were finished based on the notes from the group and course handout from the course facilitator.
Considering the course itself required a deep understanding of the content and personal practice, I was asked to attend the course with the group during each session. I was constantly switching between an participant and stepping outside the group as an observer. It was an fantastic experience to capture the flow from the group while trying to make it visualized on paper.
Each of the visual note was done after each session, and was reviewed in the following session. At the end of the course, the visual notes were print out as an handout for the participants.
